About
The person behind the work.

“Leadership is measured not only by what we achieve, but by the opportunities we create and the people we serve.”
I
Professional Journey
Sanjé Witter is a Jamaican entrepreneur, technology executive and strategic advisor whose professional experience encompasses healthcare technology, product management, business strategy, commercial development and hospitality technology.
His career has been built where business, technology and operational execution meet, with responsibilities spanning product leadership, market development, strategic planning and cross-functional management.
He is the founder of Hello Melon, a healthcare technology initiative centred on more approachable access to primary care. His professional engagements also include executive leadership at Osler as Vice President, Marketing & Product Management; strategic advisory work with Wulio Logistics; and technology consulting for Gee Jam Hotel.
II
Leadership Philosophy
His approach rests on a simple conviction: meaningful progress requires more than ideas. It demands sound judgment, disciplined execution, thoughtful collaboration and a willingness to challenge established approaches.
In practice, that means beginning with a careful understanding of the problem, building with the people closest to it, and measuring success by the outcomes delivered rather than the intentions declared.
III
Education & Distinction
A graduate of the International University of the Caribbean, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with First Class Honours and graduated as Valedictorian of the Class of 2022. He received the Transformational Leadership Award and served two terms as Student Guild President.
His continuing development includes MBA studies at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, where he is an Expanding Access Scholar and holds a leadership role within the Kelley Direct Product Management Association.
IV
Public Responsibility
His commitment to public service is reflected in his appointment as a Justice of the Peace in Jamaica — a responsibility carried out independently of his professional work, free of charge, and with integrity, fairness and discretion.
